Natural technology for agriculture

Water half as often
and keep plants alive through extreme heat

An organic soil conditioner engineered to protect soil from drought. INTON GLOBAL pellets act as a powerful underground water reservoir right at the roots: they retain irrigation water in the root zone and prevent non-productive evaporation.

02The product at a glance

One product.
Works all season.

INTON GLOBAL pellets remain in the root zone throughout the growing season: they accumulate water, loosen the soil and help prevent compaction.

01

Retains water

Natural sheep wool is water-repellent because of its protective fat layer and strong internal bonds. Our dry-heat process adjusts the fiber's microstructure, turning it into a highly absorbent material. On contact with water, the pellet absorbs free moisture and holds it in the root zone.

02

Blocks evaporation

The pellets create an underground capillary barrier — a thermos effect — that reduces upward moisture evaporation by 16.9× by interrupting the soil's capillary channels.

03

Improves soil structure

The pellets reversibly expand when wet, gently loosening the soil around the roots and maintaining access to oxygen for the root system.

04

Withstands repeated cycles

The pellets do not wash out or turn to sludge after rainfall. Their structure withstands repeated wetting-and-drying cycles throughout the season, then fully biodegrades after 10–12 months without leaving microplastics.

03Why now

Water is becoming
a limited resource.

Dry periods are becoming longer worldwide, while irrigation consumes vast amounts of time, energy and money. Agriculture needs a solution that reduces water use, protects soil structure and works without chemicals.

01
H₂O Water & irrigation

Keep water where plants use it.

Water should stay in the root zone to nourish the plant instead of evaporating from the soil surface during peak heat.

02
ECO Natural cultivation

A natural alternative to hydrogels.

Physical soil support without synthetic chemistry — for safer, more predictable crop production.

03
Rising eco demand

Protect high-value planting.

Commercial perennial farms and landscaping companies are choosing natural solutions to improve the survival of expensive young plants.

04
WOOL Renewable material

Unused wool.
A water-saving technology.

Our technology turns low-grade local wool into an industrial tool for conserving water.

04How it works

Apply it once.
It works all season.

The technology integrates into standard agricultural processes without requiring special equipment.

Four stages of pellet action in soil from application to a mature plant
01
Application

Apply once at the roots.

Pellets are placed directly in the root zone when planting young plants, preparing beds or creating landscaped areas.

02
Irrigation

Use your regular irrigation.

At first contact with water, the pellet activates immediately, expands up to threefold and opens its internal capillary network.

03
Retention

Store moisture underground.

The underground pellet layer retains accumulated water and releases it gradually to the roots as the soil dries, allowing irrigation frequency to be reduced by up to 2×.

04
Natural cycle

Improve the soil.

After 10–12 months, the material fully biodegrades, naturally improving the soil's water capacity, aeration and porosity.

Laboratory tests by the Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, recorded moisture retention for up to 30 days in critical sandy-loam substrates. Real field performance depends on climate zone, soil type and air temperature. Before large-scale use, we recommend a preliminary product test on a limited area of your soil.

05Material and production

Just wool.
Nothing unnecessary.

Wool absorbs up to 300% of its own weight in water and is transformed into a soil conditioner through our dry-heat processing technology.

01

No washing

We preserve the raw material's natural structure and lanolin while eliminating freshwater use for washing during production.

02

No chemicals

Targeted high-temperature thermomechanical processing destroys pest larvae, pathogens and weed seeds without acids, alkalis or aggressive polymers. The product is sterile and safe for roots.

03

No wastewater

With no chemical washing, production creates no contaminated wastewater and causes no associated environmental damage.

04

Natural balance

The fully biodegradable product breaks down naturally in the soil, supporting soil recovery without leaving toxic microplastics.
